How to Register for the Okotoks Show & Shine Using Car Show Pro

Option 1 (quickest and easiest)

Online registration for the Okotoks Show & Shine is handled through Car Show Pro, a free and easy‑to‑use app that lets you register your vehicle right from your phone or computer.

1. Create Your Free Car Show Pro Account

Visit www.carshowpro.com and create a free account.
 Once logged in, you can add your vehicle to your Garage so it’s ready for quick registration.

2. Find the Okotoks Show & Shine

3. Register, Pay, and Print Your Dash Card

After completing your online registration:

  • Submit your entry
  • Complete payment
  • Print your Dash Card

  • When you arrive, show your dashcard at the registration gate.

  • Pick up your information packet.

  • Drive directly into the show and park your vehicle.

  • Enjoy your day, you are automatically entered into the door prize draws

Your Dash Card is your ticket into the event.

You must bring it with you on show day to enter the vehicle staging area.

Option 2: Register at the Gate (Day‑Of, slower process)

If you prefer to register in person:

  • Arrive at the registration gate.

  • Pay your $20.00 entry fee.  CASH ONLY AT THE GATE DAY OF SHOW

  • Pick up your information packet.

  • Park your vehicle.

  • Once parked, fill out your information form in your grab bag. This is required to complete your registration.

  • Proceed to the Command Center to complete your registration. Your information will be entered and dash card will be printed.

  • If you do not register, you are not eligible for the door prize draws.

Important Notes About Registration and the Show

  • Online registration does NOT guarantee a parking spot.
     All parking is first‑come, first‑served on show day.
  • Gates open at 8:00 AM for vehicle entry and parking.
  • The show runs 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
  • The event is rain or shine.
  • To be eligible for door prizes, your vehicle must be registered in Car Show Pro either online or day of show.
  • Printed dash cards will be used for all judging
  • No starting of vehicles or moving of cars once the show has started
  • If there is an emergency and you have to leave, please come to the Command Center and we will assist you off the show area. Leaving early to beat the traffic is not considered an emergency.
  • If you competed the online registration, please bring your dash card to enter the show
