2026 Okotoks Show & Shine Merchandise Vendor Application
The Big Rock Auto Club is proud to host the Vendor Market at the 2026 Okotoks Show & Shine, returning to downtown on August 16th, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The streets will once again be filled with impressive vehicles and a wide variety of vendors for all to enjoy.
Established in 2009, the Okotoks Show & Shine has become a premier event for car enthusiasts and remains one of the most popular annual events in Okotoks. The Big Rock Auto Club is excited to continue this tradition and bring an exceptional market experience to the community.
Vendors will be set up in various locations throughout the downtown area, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for visitors and participants alike.
This application form allows businesses to express their interest in participating as vendors at the 2026 Okotoks Show & Shine Market, hosted by the Big Rock Auto Club.
Things to Know Before Applying

Downtown Okotoks (multiple designated vendor areas)
Setup & Tear Down
- Setup runs from 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM
- Road closes at 8:00 AM — no drive‑up access after this time
- Vendors must be fully set up by 8:00 AM
- Tear down begins at 4:00 PM
- Once the road reopens, vendors may bring vehicles to their locations for loading
Tip:
Arrive early and drop off your tent, table, and products before 7:00 AM to ensure a smooth setup.
Pricing
- 10′ x 10′ Space: $150 + GST
- Bring your own tent and table
- 10′ x 20′ Space: $250 + GST
- Bring your own tent(s) and tables
Included Amenities
There are no amenities included.
Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, chairs, and any other required equipment.
Internet Access
Wi‑Fi is not available at the venue.
Application & Acceptance
If your application is accepted:
- You will receive a notification from the Big Rock Auto Club
- Payment is required within 5 days to secure your space
