Sponsorships are first‑come, first‑served and can be tailored to your needs; however, space is limited. Secure your preferred sponsorship level early to ensure your business is aligned with the opportunity that best supports your goals. To guarantee full delivery of sponsorship benefits—such as logo placement on printed materials—final deadlines apply. Returning sponsors receive first right of refusal, and all remaining spots must be confirmed by April 30th each year.
